The room I booked was a good size with sofa beds. I had central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a multi-channel TV in the room. the location was fantastic, right near Franciscan University, with helpful staff and restaurants nearby....  

The well-appointed and large room had all the necessary facilities, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Layout and interior design were excellent. The staff was excellent and attentive, offered excellent services....  

Dining rated not sure because this wasn't an option. The breakfast bar was very, very good - very clean and lots of options.

Great location right in the heart of the city. 📍 We got rooms that were clean and pretty spacious, with a handy pull-out couch and sofa bed.

The location couldn't be more wonderful and magnificent close to restaurants. And we were just off Franciscan University. The room was kept very clean and available for sofa beds.

We stayed in a nicely furnished king room with a pull-out couch and sofa bed, which was convenient, and the location was easily accessible from the road network.

Convenient location near university and food options within walking distance. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the oatmeal and waffles. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Outdoor fire pit and patio added a nice touch. Exciting future development planned for more dining and shopping options nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting my student at a nearby university. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which included hot breakfast sandwiches and a variety of fruits.

One drawback was the lack of a shower door in the bathroom, which caused water to run out onto the floor. Additionally, the pillows in the room were a little too hard for my liking.

The rooms here are modern and clean, equipped with sofa beds and pull-out couches; breakfast offers a variety of delicious options.

This hotel offers great value for money with its beautiful facilities and convenient location. I loved that it was right across the street from Franciscan University, making it perfect for our visit. The staff was also very welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. The rooms with two beds were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep.

No improvements needed, everything was great!
